Trinity Engineering and Consulting (TEC) is committed to delivering professional services, with integrity, underpinned by an unwavering focus on value for money and client satisfaction.
TEC was founded in 2016 by the two (2) directors, Scott Christensen and Paul Steele, who are all Cairns locals and highly experienced within their respective areas of competence. TEC are driven and outcome focused. It is this approach, which has seen them involved in a number of larger and more complex projects.

Our Directors
Scott Christensen
Scott Christensen specialises in Urban Development Design, Civil Engineering, Major Infrastructure Design and Project Management. He has more than 30 years' experience in consulting and has worked on several significant projects, including but not limited to, Paradise Palms Developments, Red Peak Forest Estate, Atherton Business and Industry Park and Redlynch Valley Estate. Scott has an Associate Diploma in Civil Engineering (University of Southern Queensland) and is a member of the Urban Development Institute of Australia (QLD)
Paul Steele
Paul has particular expertise with infrastructure schemes for roads and drainage, as well as water supply and sewerage. He has over 28 years' experience in the planning, investigation and design of civil infrastructure projects, including but not limited to, partnering with government to deliver services (consulting to Cairns Regional Council to assist the Development Engineering section), roads and drainage works on assorted projects and islands across the Torres Strait Islands, and residential and land developments across Cairns and Far North Queensland. Paul has a Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) with Honours (James Cook University), is a Registered Professional Engineer (RPEQ) 08462 and member of the Institute of Engineers Australia (IEAust) 450837.
